About the Project
Contract Services NI was commissioned by the BBC and Servest to redesign the 7th floor restaurant. The goal was to create a stunning restaurant with an excellent servery, spacious dining areas, relaxed coffee zones, and informal meeting spaces. Following the design phase, we were appointed by AECOM and Capita to manage the complete refurbishment, ensuring minimal disruption to the BBC’s operations. This project was completed under CDM regulations with Contract Services NI as the Principal Contractor.
